My second official walk day, and I have to be honest...I am already sore! I have not walked this much in a long time. I am really excited about the benefits that will be coming because of all of the walking my training will be forcing me to do. I am already a member of Weight Watchers and I have been since January. Unfortunately I have definitely been manipulating the system. I have lost and gained back the same 4 pounds since I joined. I am hoping that with the added bonus of the walking it will help me to stay on track with my eating and I will be back to losing in no time.
I am proud of what I accomplished today. I walked 4 miles and it took me 67:03. It was harder and my hips were feeling it at mile 2.5 but I pushed through. I pushed myself by alternating 3.5 and 4.0 while walking every .5 mile. I want to make sure that I am walking at a quick enough pace so when I have to start walking the 30+ miles it doesn't take me all day :)
